To celebrate the Halloween my way, I did today with pumpkin pie, my friends have appreciated, I hope you like it.
Ingredients:
- Pasta brisée
- 400 gr pumpkin

3 eggs - 120 gr sugar
- 30 gr Maizena
- 20 cl cream dense
- A sachet of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A little 'almond powder
- Almonds for decoration shows
- A pleasure to accompany
whipped cream - 1 pinch of salt
Cook diced pumpkin steamed or baked (for baking which is longer than I did the day before).
Whisk pumpkin.
Preheat oven to 210 °
Roll out the dough in a greased baking sheet, pierce the bottom with a fork and bake "a white" 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt, stir in cornstarch, then cream, almond powder, pumpkin puree and cinnamon.
Bake 35/40 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle with sliced \u200b\u200balmonds.
